Manage certificate in Amazon Cloud service (Amazon Load balancer service)

Solution

To use a certificate in the Amazon Cloud Services, please follow the steps below:

  1. Generate a private key and CSR using Openssl:
  2. Submit CSR into our website and request a certificate via www.geotrust.com
  3. Depending on what type of certificate was purchased, a request can take 1 or 3 days.  If  you have questions in regards to your pending order, please contact our order processing team via email at orderprocessing@geotrust.com, or phone using 866-436-8787, or 520-477-3152.
  4. Download your GeoTrust certificate by using the instructions on the following solutions:

    GeoTrust Security Center
    GeoTrust Enterprise Security Center
    GeoTrust User Portal
     
  5. Note:  Make sure to choose the x.509 format.
  6. Download the correct intermediate certificate.
    Note:  Make sure to select the Bundled Intermediate (PEM) version.
  7. Upload Private key, Certificate, and the Certificate Chain with the official documentation:
